Today’s been a very gray day, and it’s been raining almost from morning to evening. It was pouring down for the most part of the day, and especially when I was heading home from work! Luckily, I had thought ahead and had put an umbrella in my purse a couple of days ago! Phew!
But, I kind of like rain. Well, not having to be outside in the rain and get soaking wet, but I love being inside, perhaps sitting with a blanket and a hot cup of coffee or tea, while reading a book. Even more so I love lying in bed listing to the rain make noises on the window shelf.
How about you, do you like rain?
Like you, I love staying at home on rainy days, have a cup of coffee while reading or cuddling with my cat and sleeping the whole day.
It’s been scorching hot here in the Philippines these months, and what we really need is rain!
