Vietnamese Coffee

At a café in Vietnam

After visiting Vietnam this past summer, I really miss Vietnamese coffee! I used to have it every morning with my breakfast, and usually when we (me and my travel buddy Azim!) visited cafés and such. It’s REALLY strong, but also very good.

A (very) tired me...

Me in Vietnam, very tired!

Luckily I bought a brewing kit set with some blend of coffee. Below is a picture of the somewhat not normal brewing process. I have to tweak it a little, as my father managed to throw away one of the pieces along with the coffee grounds :/ So in order to get it to brew properly, I have to add a bit of paper inside, to slow the filtering a bit. But, it works!

At the bottom of the glass I have a little condensed milk to make it a little sweeter. If anyone who happens to stumble upon this blog know a good reliable eBay seller/online place where I can get Vietnamese blend of coffee (and who ship to Norway/internationally), please let me know! I’m running low :/
